We just had a very pleasant stay in the week of July 26 for 8 nights, We feel lucky to choose this house because it's even better than what we expected before and is definitely the best vacation house we've ever stayed at, it looks exactly like the picture, very clean and spacious. It's so convenient to all the disney world theme parks, sea world, universals etc. and within just 2 mins drive to all kinds of restaurants choices and walmart. Thanks for Lynn for providing us such a great rental house, she and her property management team are always very responsive to any questions we have. We would love to recommend this place to any friends we know about, and we ourselves will also consider to rent it again for any of our future orlando trips, because you cannot find a better deal with the same good quality it provides anywhere else!

Outstanding Stay!!

This was a wonderful experience for my family. The whole townhouse was extremely clean and well taken care of. We have children ranging from 13 to 4 and they all loved the place and my youngest really loved the spongebob room. You wont be able to find a better deal anywhere and we were only about ten minutes from Universal Studios and even closer to Disney. The home was easy to find and there were plenty of restaraunts near by to choose from. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and will look them up again when we decide to take our next vacation. My wife and I are neat freaks to put it mildly and we were thoroughly impressed with the townhouse. A big thank you goes out to Lynn and you wont be able to find a better deal for you money anywhere else.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay in Florida (June 7-13,2009) and absolutely loved the rental property! We have 5 kids that range in ages 21 years down to 2 ... there was plenty of space for everyone! The kids loved the SpongeBob bedroom and being able to spread out and lounge about the house! So much nicer than being cramped up in a hotel room! The house was just as described and Lynn was very helpful in answering questions that we had ahead of time very quickly. We were able to do a little cooking and keep snacks on hand which makes everyone happy! The kids also loved the pool and play area. There is a WalMart nearby so it was easy to stock up on whatever we needed, get tickets to some of the attractions and buy some Disney/Florida souveniers there as well, and for a whole lot cheaper than in the parks. The only problem we had was getting in the gate in the evening with the code because we weren't sure exactly what we were doing but other than that, very pleased with our stay! We have already recommended the property to two other families that are planning trips in the near future! It is very close to everything just as described - you will definately need a rental car though. We would definately stay here again! Be prepared to buy some of the essentials that you will need - tp, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish soap - just like you would at home! That is what we loved about it - no 7 am maid service knocking at the door and the property was very peaceful.

We stay on November 2008. This was a great place to stay. Very clean, everything was perfect. My baby enjoyed the SpongeBob theme room a lot!!! This house is like the pictures in real life. It is spacious, clean, and in a nice area. It is close to everything. We really enjoyed renting this house and more than likely will do so again when we go back to Orlando soon! Thank you very much for all Lynn

We stayed at this town home for seven nights. It was very clean, spacious and in a convenient location for visiting local attractions. This is a great place to bring a family, and the sponge bob themed room will be a big hit with kids. I would recommend this property to friends and family.
