Contact us, the owners, Randy and Ellen by phone or email to get these web-discounted rates. In a short email or quick phone call, we will confirm we have the week you want available for you. Then our Sanibel property manager, Royal Shell will contact you to process your deposit and send you a confirmation. You may make reservations a year ahead. When do I pay?
Royal Shell will process your initial deposit and request payment according to their policies.
Balance due is requested 30 days prior to your arrival. Note: Travel insurance available as an option.

Please either phone or email your credit card to our rental manager, Royal Shell. Please do not delay calling in your deposit to them since their computer only holds an unconfirmed reservation according to their policy.

Frequently Asked Questions: What is the view from your unit?
We have a Gulf view on the third floor, with a fully screened in lanai (balcony). From either the living room or master bedroom you see palm trees, nature pond, beach and the Gulf. Our building is about 120 yards from the beach along a grassy path.
Do you allow smoking or Pets?
Unit is totally non-smoking. Sorry we do not allow pets.
How far ahead do you suggest?
Peak winter (January-April) often fills up a year in advance. Summer fills up after spring break.
What should I bring?
We supply a completely outfitted kitchen to make and serve everything from a snack to a complete dinner. You will find beds made, bath towels neatly folded, and the unit thoroughly cleaned when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in our unit for your clothes, and we supply enough laundry soap to wash several loads. We provide toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, and soap. Sanibel Accommodations is just a mile away too.
Our central location is only a half mile to a full service grocery store, restaurants and shopping on Periwinkle Way. We’re convenient to the famous 'Ding Darling' Nature Center and we have door to door service by 'Adventures in Paradise' trolley eco-tours and sunset cruises. Paved bike paths outside Pointe Santo will lead you all the way to Captiva and anywhere on Sanibel.
