Reservation and Payment Details: How do I make a reservation? Contact us, the owners, Randy and Ellen by phone or email to get these web-discounted rates. In a short email or quick phone call, we will confirm we have the week you want available for you. Then our Sanibel property manager, Sanibel Accommodations will contact you to process your deposit and send you a confirmation. You may make reservations a year ahead. When do I pay? We request a $400 deposit at time of booking. Balance due is requested 30 days prior to your arrival. Note: Travel insurance available as an option. How do I pay? Most guests prefer to phone in their credit card to our rental manager, Sanibel Accommodations. Please do not delay calling in your deposit to them since their computer only holds an unconfirmed reservation 5 days.

Cancellation, Chamber of Commerce, Address: Cancellation Policy? We understand that your plans may change. You will not forfeit your deposit or rent if cancellation is received at least 90 days before arrival. If you cancel within 1 to 90 days of your reservation, there is no refund unless all reserved days are filled with a substitute rental and full rental proceeds are realized. For example, if you made a reservation on January 1, 2008 for a vacation July 4, 2008, you had until April 4, 2008 to cancel without penalty. If you canceled after April 4, 2008 your refund will depend if another guest is found to replace your reservation. More information on Sanibel? Nearest intersection is West Gulf Drive and Tarpon Bay Road.

Frequently Asked Questions: What is the view from your unit? We have a Gulf view on the third floor, with a fully screened in lanai (balcony). From either the living room or master bedroom you see palm trees, nature pond, beach and the Gulf. Our building is about 120 yards from the beach along a grassy path. Do you allow smoking or Pets? Unit is totally non-smoking. Sorry we do not allow pets. How far ahead do you suggest? Peak winter (January-April) often fills up a year in advance. Summer fills up after spring break. What should I bring? We supply a completely outfitted kitchen to make and serve everything from a snack to a complete dinner. You will find beds made, bath towels neatly folded, and the unit thoroughly cleaned when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in our unit for your clothes, and we supply enough laundry soap to wash several loads. We provide toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, and soap. Sanibel Accommodations is just a mile away too.

This condo was amazing! It had everything and more! We (a family of four with 2 17year old lads) had a great time. The location was perfect right on the beautiful shell strewn beach, if there was a down side it was the pool which was small but perfect for school age kids. We swam in the ocean all the time which was a real treat. The actual condo was furnished to a very high standard, what you'd expect at home rather than a holiday place. The bed was so comfortable, I now want a new one at home as I realise what we've been missing!!!
There were things to do (games, tv, ipod speakers, dvd player etc.) when we had one wet afternoon, but we were happy playing the US version of monopoly! The kitchen had every conceivable thing you needed and even had a kettle for us Brits! There was a special cupboard full of everything you need for the beach including toys/chairs/cool box etc.
The nature/wildlife reserves are within very easy reach and perfect for a lovely few hours to experience manatees, dolphins and fantastic birds and at a different location alligators!
The lads hired bikes and enjoyed a bit of freedom going off and doing their own thing. We were going to use the complimentary tennis courts but it was so hot when we were there that we passed on that activity!
Within a few minutes drive to restaurants/shops/banks etc. The agents were also very helpful and on the end of phone should you need anything at anytime.
We would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to go there, it is so different, unusual and unspolit. A great place to spend a week. Thank you!
