New Smyrna Beach stretches along 13 miles bordering the Atlantic Ocean. It’s located on the East Coast of Florida between Daytona Beach and Cocca Beach. Our beach cottage is located in the popular Beach side area of New Smyrna Beach. Our home is only one block off Flagler Avenue’s shops and restaurants and 3 blocks from the beach/ocean. Our cottage offers you 1000 square feet (remodeled the Summer 06); two bedrooms/one bathroom/family and living rooms (linens and towels included); large kitchen with Granite counter top and new appliances (kitchen includes: coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans; dishes; glasses; variety of cooking utensils, & etc); TV with DVD/VHS player and Xbox with games; and large backyard with tropical plants. The New Smyrna Beach Cottage is a non-smoking property.

Very modern, comfortable, and cozy inside. Walking distance to Flagler and a very short drive to the beach. It is a great area for a great price. Can't beat it!

Great Little Cottage

Wonderful location near beach and Historic Flagler wtih all its restaurants and shopes. Perfect place for couple or couple with 1-2 children. Clean, roomy; the kitchen fully equipped including a washer/dryer. The back sun room is an extra bonus. Cooll inside - fans in every room. Very quiet neighborhood. The owners were very responsive to any and all questions. I stayed 2 weeks and would stay again for shorter or longer stays.

What a FANTASTIC, quaint cottage! The location is absolutely wonderful!!! Hidden just right off the main streets! No noise or traffic, Yet walkable to the beach! VERY RELAXING!! A week there was certainly not enough.Everything you need and MORE is at your fingertips! (The few things I forgot at home were there!)The owner is wonderful as well!!
I almost hate writing this review and letting this secret out. LOL!!

Our first house rental

This was the first time we've rented a house near the beach. Up to now, it's been condos. I loved having the privacy, the yard, and the parking. The house is quaint and has been updated very nicely. Great wireless! Super close to all the shops and dining on Flagler and only 3 blocks from the beach. Loved that they provided everything we needed for the beach! I highly recommend this property.

Place was great, will certainly go back again.

The pictures do not do the place justice, it is very warm and beach friendly. Was also very impressed on how clean and spotless it was. We loved it and had a great time. All you really need are your clothes the place has everything. WIll definitely will stay there again. Loved the chalkboard with things you should do in New Symrna.
