New Smyrna Beach stretches along 13 miles bordering the Atlantic Ocean. It’s located on the East Coast of Florida between Daytona Beach and Cocca Beach. Our beach cottage is located in the popular Beach side area of New Smyrna Beach. Our home is only one block off Flagler Avenue’s shops and restaurants and 3 blocks from the beach/ocean. Our cottage offers you 1000 square feet (remodeled the Summer 06); two bedrooms/one bathroom/family and living rooms (linens and towels included); large kitchen with Granite counter top and new appliances (kitchen includes: coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans; dishes; glasses; variety of cooking utensils, & etc); TV with DVD/VHS player and Xbox with games; and large backyard with tropical plants. The New Smyrna Beach Cottage is a non-smoking property.

Very modern, comfortable, and cozy inside. Walking distance to Flagler and a very short drive to the beach. It is a great area for a great price. Can't beat it!

Better Than Described

We had a fantastic Labor Day weekend at the cottage. The photos do not do justice to the interior which is even nicer in person. We walked to the beach, breakfast and all of the shops. Lots to do and all close by.

Everything is cozy and cute. You really only need to bring some clothes. Everything else is already at the cottage. Would definitely recommend to others and am already planning to come back.

We have stayed at this great beach cottage several times the past 2 years and have recommeded it to several friends. Everything is very clean, well maintained, extra amenities provided and the furnishings are up to date. It's quiet location is so conv. to Flagler Ave. shopping & resturants and the beach. The owner of the beach house has good communication with the renter.

Excellent experience in New Smyrna Beach, FL

My husband and I just got back from a week staying in this wonderful cottage. It is everything that the posting says it is and more. The property itself is well maintained and everything is in great working order. The cottage is located in a very convenient place, and we found that we were able to walk to the beach, as well as to many restaurants and shoppes on the historic Flagler Drive. Many attractions are within driving distance as well. The owners were very accomodating and all responses to our initial inquiries were answered promptly. All terms of the rental agreement were very clear and stated on the agreement that was sent immediately upon our decision to rent. Our security deposit was refunded immediately upon our return. The owners left pamphlets and recommendations for various attractions and eateries, so we felt comfortable and reasonably prepared when we arrived, and throughout our visit. We would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. The cottage is clean and sunny, and there is plenty of room. The owners are friendly and helpful, and you can trust them to provide you with whatever information you might need on your vacation. We had a great time, and would rent this cottage again readily in the future if we return to New Smyrna Beach.

Great Location, Cute Cottage

We enjoyed our short stay at this lovely cottage. The pictures really do not do it justice - everything was immaculate and it was well stocked with everything we needed. We were able to walk to the beach and to good restaurants and shops.
We slept well in comfortable beds in a peaceful, quiet area. I would recommend it to anyone and we hope to go back for another visit.
