Our lovely ground floor condo is located in the Village at Grayhawk in North Scottsdale. We are about a 5 minute's drive from the renowned Talon and Raptor Grayhawk golf courses and easily accessible to Scottsdale Road (5 minutes) and the Loop 101 (7 minutes). We are a very short drive to numerous golf courses, shopping (Kierland Common and Desert Ridge to name two), the Mayo clinic, Scottsdale Private Airport, bars, and a fun park (with miniature golf, go carts, a driving range, batting cages and arcade).

  • For your convenience you can pay by credit card OR check:
    Credit card is handled via Holiday Rentals partner, PayPros. Credit card details need to be given directly to us by calling 602 525 6226. Please provide full name, billing address, credit card number, 3 digit security number on reverse of card and expiration date. (A receipt will be sent to you once the transaction is complete).
    Or checks can be mailed directly to our property manager in Arizona, address given on request.

    50% deposit due at time of booking in addition to a $100 cleaning fee and a fully refundable $250 security deposit, full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund provided up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 8-29 days prior to arrival, no refund 7 days prior to arrival - all refunds less $25 processing fee.
  • Cleaning fee is per week, can negotiate on longer rental periods. Cost includes all utilities and taxes. Sorry we do not accept American Express

Notes: The property features a well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances (including a toaster, coffee maker and blender) and all kitchen flatware, silverware and cookware. Includes a separate large laundry room with washer and dryer (utilities are included in the price as well as washing powder). A large storage closet includes 2 hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, a child's highchair and travel cot, family games as well as beach towels and extra linens. There is also an attached double car garage and a private balcony with large table and 4 chairs as well as a private BBQ and all grilling utensils. Naturally we offer cable TV, broadband Internet access (via your personal computer) and free local phone calls. We also offer an iPod docking station to enjoy your own music on any sized iPod. The community boasts 3 heated swimming pools with ample lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables within a 2 min walk. A cleaning service is also provided for our unit.

The entire experience in renting this condo was handled smoothly and pleasantly. We really enjoyed our week long stay at this large, comfortable condo, that had everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. The 2 car garage was a nice feature and provided direct access to this first floor unit. The gated community felt safe, and the grounds were very well maintained. The close proximately to 101 made it a very convenient place to stay for our day trips. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Scottsdale!

Prime location to experience all that is Arizona!

1850 square feet of personal touches that make this property a must return to destination. Great Scottsdale location minutes from fine dining, local entertainment, the best salsa and sangria in the valley. Easy access to all freeways for touring and quick exits to all the best shopping. End you evening relaxing in the hot tub or one of three complex pools close enough to the unit to make margarita runs. Owner has area maps, dining guides and an invaluable welcome guest book greeting you. Well equipt kitchen, grocery shops minutes away catering to the organic and top chefs! We dined at a different restaurant every evening, all within 10 minutes of the condo and were never once disappointed with the staff or menu selections. Try Jaspers Peak for a quick lunch, outdoor dining at its best! Jalepeno Inferno makes the best salsa and chips only topped by their texas size margaritas! Pizza Picazzo serves taste tempting salads with the freshest ingredients to compliment their extended pizza varieties topped with as many or more cheeses, fruits and lean meat selections. Champaign brunch in Carefree, cowboy bars, art galleries and sunshine made for a perfect Sunday. Thirty minutes from downtown Phoenix ,try Cooperstown. Alice's favorite jaunt before the game for a quick burger and a brew. You could spend an entire day in Tempe, between shopping on mill,the brew pubs and dueling rock and roll piano bar. Monte's is a 100 year old classic for dinner. For a quick fix of authentic Indian Fry bread, the Fry Bread House on 7th Ave is a must stop. A quick tour of the Wrigley Mansion on your way home down Camelback or walk through the gardens of the Phoenician resort approaching old town Scottsdale.
Spend some time before your trip exploring all the area has to offer then return to this luxury condo, ready to settle in for a comfy night in this true home away from home. Thank you so much Dina and Jon.
