Clean, bright, large, well appointed/decorated, new house. 3 bdr 3.5 baths. Inside dining for 10 and a table for 6 outside under cover. private yard in back backed up to the golf course. Share a pool and large common area with 6 other homes in front. My family of 5 was very comfortable in the house. 5 min walk to beach. 5 min walk to town where you will find shopping and a drugstore and restaurants. If you dont want to walk, you can easily flag down one of the many cabs passing by the house and ride to town. I had the refridgerator stocked before I arrived and it was great to have food in the house after 6 hours of traveling with kids. We never rented a car during our stay. Using cabs, it worked out to be cheaper. Next time, I would consider renting a car for only one day to do shopping and beach or tour. We used the pass to use the Reef Club pool and beach. I don't know if the tap water was drinkable, but I was going to take a chance and I used the bottled water supplied by the homeowner. I would rent this house again and I already recommended this property to friends.
