In addition to our awesome beach, there are many ways to pass your time in the area. We have a park two blocks away with a basketball court, a tennis court and a brand new children's park with a pirate theme! We have the longest fishing pier in South Carolina. At the pier you can enjoy dinner out on the deck, stroll through the gift shop, or enjoy a stroll and watch the dolphins and surfers frolicking in the surf. We have a boat landing, and a small fishing pier at our city park as you come onto the island. You'll also enjoy kayak tours, para-sailing and jet skiing off of the beach. One of the favorite activities is a stroll to the East end of the island to view the Morris Island lighthouse, which is now being restored to it's original beauty. Folly Beach has a host of great restaurants, both indoor and outdoor, and ranging from Costa Rican fare, to Tapas, to bar food. Whatever you're in the mood for. In addition, the renowned culinary delights of Charleston are only 20 minutes away!

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Folly Beach, South Carolina

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• A $40 linen fee per floor is deducted from your sec. dep. as well as the cleaning fee.
• Prices listed above are for renting the upstairs and downstairs units together. The following prices are for individual floors

  Additional Charges
  -Cleaning is $75 per floor.
  -We require a non refundable pet deposit of $125 due by your rental payment due date.
  Security Deposit
  -Your security deposit of $300 is due within five (5) days of your reservation.
  -We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and USPS money order made payable to Bula, LLC.
  -If your deposit is not received within five (5) days of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.
  -If your deposit check is returned NSF, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a $3
• Rental Payment Due Date
  -Your rental amount must be paid in full no longer than sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date
  -If we do not receive your payment in full by the date it is due, your reservation will be canceled.
  -IF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE IS LESS THAN SIXTY (60) DAYS AWAY YOU MUST REMIT FULL PAYMENT OF YOUR RENTAL RATE PLUS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
  
  Cancellation Policy
  -You may cancel your reservation with us without penalty up to sixty (60) days prior to your arrival, by e-mailing us.
  -If you cancel less than sixty (60) but more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a penalty of the lesser of 25% of your rental amount or $300 will be deducted from your security deposit.
  -If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days prior, your rental payment will be forfeited in full. You will receive a refund of your security and pet deposit only.
