Riverside property, furnished, year-round modern home with screened-in porch located on the lower Chippewa River in Wisconsin. Home sleeps six to seven persons with tent camping possibilities for several children. The home consists of kitchen, leisure room with pull-out couch, bathroom with shower, living room with cable TV and DVD player, 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a screened-in porch with table and chairs for evening get-togethers. There is also a washer and dryer within the premises. The Chippewa River is just across the road and can be used for canoe trips, boating, wading and picnicking. There is a boat and canoe launch area within 1/4 mile from the residence. The property is within an easy 12 to 20 mile drive to local towns, lakes, parks and trails and is within a 90-minute ride to the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
