Accommodation Rules: This is a quiet neighborhood and as there are only 3 bedrooms we choose to limit to 6 adults. The total stay over is limited to 8 people including children. We understand that many things change and happen daily and will take this into consideration. This does not exclude the renters from having daytime company beyond that limit to entertain and see family and friends. Our rental is also our home and we want you to enjoy yourselves but also to be respectful to neighbors as well. We do a rental agreement for you to sign and return to us.
