The view absolutely takes your breath away the moment you first see it. This is a custom built three story home in the exclusive East Pointe section of Beach Haven West. The sweeping views from any of the many decks will instantly put you in vacation mode. Set your chair up on our huge 60’ second floor deck and just take in the action on the bay. Or head up even higher to one of the private bedroom decks for an even more exclusive vantage point.

Our home is the perfect vacation home for family time. You can go fishing or crabbing right off of our pier. Set up a beach chair bayside in our huge back yard. Take in the breezes on the decks or cool off in the central air inside.

Minutes from Long Beach Island in Beach Haven West you get all of the best of LBI without the crowds and traffic. You’ll be checked in an eating a burger off of the grill before the rest of the crowds even make it over the bridge.
About Tom

My name is Tom and my wife Eileen and I own this home. It has been in our family since it was build. This home has a special meaning to us as we look forward to sharing family vacations here with our children for many years to come. I spent many summers growing up in this home and life guarding on Long Beach Island. I know the LBI area very well and I honestly think this section of Beach Haven West is one of the best kept secrets on the jersey shore.

Why Tom chose Manahawkin

This home was custom build in the 80's by our grandparents. They retired to this home after living in Brooklyn NY. This home is built to a much higher standard than your typical Jersey Shore summer home.

What makes this house unique

You can not beat the views from the decks out back. Most of our renters set up shop on the back porch and just spend day after day relaxing as the sights and sounds of the bay go by in full view. Or if you like getting more involved in the action you can't beat crabbing off the dock or hopping in for a cool dip.

This house is located on Barnegat Bay just south of the Long Beach Island causeway in the prestigious East Point section of Beach Haven West. Our local real estate agents show our home as part of their LBI inventory. It is a five minute drive to Long Beach Island and you do not have to go though any traffic lights to get to the island. It has one of the best views of the bay around, the sun rises over LBI and over the bridge resulting in a beautiful sunrise.

Our location on the mainland side of the causeway provides the extra benefit of being closer to the shopping centers on route 72.

Not much more I can say...The house was emaculate...It was very big as far as the rooms...plenty of bathrooms...The views from the back of the house are some thing you put on a post card...The nieghbor hood as well as the neighbors were great...I fit twelve people in the house and no one was bumping into each other...Great for crabing fishing and boating

FLAT OUT the best vacation house I ever rented, and Ive rented several in the aea. I would recomend it for anyone

OH and the owners were great

Oh and by the way, I've heard that the crabbing off of the pier has been outstanding this year.

FABULOUS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOUSE

We arrived tired but we’re immediately uplifted once we opened the front door! Our first impression was "WOW”! The villa was spacious, very comfortable and had everything that we could possibly want. Beautiful home with all the mod cons you need. Modern decor with a homely feel. Maintained to a high standard through-out.

What a truly wonderful time my family and I have just had at this fantastic location. The deck and views were fantastic.

This was our first experience with renting a villa in New Jersey and it could not have been easier. Dealing directly with the owners –Tom and Eileen - from the very first email made us feel comfortable. Tom’s parents/brother who greeted us on arrival could not have been more helpful – a special thank you to them.

Our time in your villa although very short was superb. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
Highly recommended and I would endorse the villa to anyone who is thinking of renting.

Large, beautiful home

We loved staying at your home over Mother's Day weekend. The house was large enough for two families plus grandparents. We all loved the deck and walking out on the dock. The home does look even better than in the pictures. It's an easy drive over the causeway to LBI. We attended wedding festivities in Manahawkin also, and everything was close enough. Tom was very helpful with recommendations. They have also started updating some things in the home (tv's, lawn chairs). Thanks for a great weekend!
