This home features one of the largest private beaches of any beach front home in San Diego or Southern California and includes a private fire ring for bonfires or roasting marshmallows and hot dogs while enjoying spectacular ocean and sunset views. This home is very popular for beachfront weddings. From your private beach you can watch whales and dolphins pass by. You can collect seashells or build sandcastles in your own back yard or take a short stroll up to the pier for food and entertainment. The home will remind you of summers in Cape Cod from its bead board walls to its wood plank floors. It is well appointed with everything you will need for a beach front living and you will want to return year after year.
