6th floor 1 bedroom condo directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Completely furnished down to the forks and spoons. Big screen cable TV. Long balcony overlooks a large swimming pool and the beach. Tennis courts and weight room on grounds. Short walking distance to restaurants and complete shopping plaza. 3 miles north of the Daytona Beach Pier and Boardwalk. 5 miles from the Daytona 500 speedway. Plenty of beach activities, surfing, wake board, fishing, kayak etc. Movieco 10 theatres only 2 miles away with entertainment complex. Water park, golf, LPGA Hall of Fame. Lot's of night time entertainment activities, ideal for party goers or families. Close to intercoastal waterway and old Florida hunting and fishing grounds.
