Photos and Description of the Sparks vacation house rental 3br/ 2.5ba/ loft

This beautiful new 2100 sq. ft. two level home is located just minutes from downtown Reno at the Sparks Marina. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath are on the lower level, and a sliding glass door in the living room opens to a spacious patio overlooking the canal. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy loft, and a laundry room. The master suite has a king size bed, a bathroom with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. For additional guests, the loft overlooking the living room has a queen size sofa bed. A sandy beach for swimming, a boat dock (non-power boats only), as well as two restaurants are within easy walking or kyaking distance. (Kayak provided on your private dock) A brand new upscale mall is now open and only a short walk to stores like 'Off 5th' and Scheels. Many new restaraunts and shops.
