This beautifully furnished 2,200+ sq. ft. home is located on the 2nd fairway of the Royal Course, one of three 9 hole courses in the gated community of Indian Palms Country Club. Home is located at the 100 yd marker, so watching golfers is fun or catching the beautiful sunsets from the 880 sq. ft. covered patio. Patio has an outdoor bar, gas barbeque, patio table seating for 8, and a fire pit area. Upgrades galore, fully equipped kitchen, granite kitchen island (seating for 4) or seating for 6 at the tropical dinning room table. Comfortable greatroom with 42' HDTV,DVR recorder, DVD, CD and VCR player. Bring your IPOD and listen to your music using our Bose Wave system. Master suite has a king bed with sitting area and HDTV, master bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Queen size sleeper sofa is in the den. Home is furnished in a tropical motif. Just bring your clubs and swim suit and enjoy the views.

Location. The Indian Palms Country Club and Resort is located in Indio, Calif., also known as the City of Festivals. Home of the Southwest Arts Festival, popular Native American pow-wows and the largest horse show west of the Mississippi, the town attracts both event participants and curious spectators. Guests arriving via Palm Springs International Airport are 22 miles from the property.

Hotel Features. The focal point of the Indian Palms Country Club and Resort is the 27-hole championship golf course with on-site clubhouse and pro shop. Business-friendly amenities include conference rooms, banquet facilities and business services. The Lifestyle Fitness Center offers a variety of equipment and classes. What a beautiful house in a wonderful setting! The pictures depict exactly how the house is maintained. I was sceptical since you never know what you are walking into. It was impeccably clean!! The owners made sure that everything you need is in the house. Can't wait to go back!

FABULOUS property

A group of longtime friends, well versed in rental properties stayed in this beautiful home. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of this home. From the high ceilings, to the tasteful artwork, it surpassed our expectations. You can always tell when the owners love their home, as the quality of the appointments of this house are rarely acheived in a rental. The furniture is excellent, the quality of the matresses and sheets were frequently commented on in our group. The Pergola on the golf course made an excellent spot to kick back and enjoy a cocktail in the zero gravity chairs. The barbeque and kitchen were perfectly equiped, barring a blender, that our Realty agent went out of her way to bring us a brand new one. This property and the service of our Realtor was impeccable. We have already booked for next year. Truly a wonderful experience.

The location, size and condition of the house were all excellent. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very clean - great for any length of stay.
