This ground level 1 bedroom unit has been completely gutted & remodeled. The best part is, only 23 steps from the lanai you're in the sand! Lounge at the oceanfront pool or sip your morning coffee on your lanai while watching whales go by. There is a great reef close by for snorkeling and swimming with the turtles (We provide the snorkel gear). You can walk for miles each way on our unpopulated beach. Inside you will find a bright new fully-equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, a comfortable California-king bed and a queen sofa bed. For your comfort there is Air Conditioning, large ceiling fans, TV, VCR, telephone, linens, towels. There is a coin operated facility just outside your door. Next door, there is a general store and a quaint pub/restaurants... the best Mai Tai's!

Option 1-Regular rate is $180/night but is being offered at $150/night (minimum 5 nights) plus fees and taxes. Option 2- Regular rate is $135/night but is being offered at $110/night (minimum 4 nights) plus fees and taxes.

I am advertising you like CRAZY!!! Can't wait to come back! The beach is a step away from this cozy home away from home. I have stayed at Maui Sands twice and like the small complex (30 units), the beach being just steps from your door, quiet, centrally located on the coast of maui, and cleanliness of the complex and units. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Mahalo Sue!!!

Thank-you for an absolutely wonderful and relaxing time in Maui.
We love the condo and its location to the beach, Lahaina, Kihei, etc.
The view from the condo is a plus. I miss hearing the ocean at night!

We wanted to thank you for a great vacation. Put simply: we loved the room. It was clean with a great view from the lanai. Being just steps from the water with miles of beach to walk on in front of the condo, we were in heaven. Hawaii's main attraction to us is its beautiful natural scenery and your condo allowed us to enjoy it in a quiet and peaceful environment. While the location was comfortable and secluded, we were still close to stores and activities. Another thing we really liked was having a keyless entry. We never had to worry about carrying a key around and losing it. We had a wonderful time and we look forward to booking with you next year.
