Welcome to Hemingway House. New in 2005. This Key West Style beach home is 250 FT from the g beach. It is near Schooner's & 3/4 mile from St. Andrews Park. Custom built with all the extras. Home has three levels. First master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in shower with Italian tile and double sinks. Kitchen with state of the art stainless appliances, corian countertops, living room and dining room with hard-wood floors and beautiful furniture with a beach flair. To beach cross Thomas Dr , cut across condo parking lot to public access # 6

Second level has two master suites with queen bed in one,twin beds & a sleep sofa in the other & private baths in each with double sinks. Third level has a wet bar with sink and refrigerator. There are two twin beds on this level plus a love seat that a child can sleep on.

Stunning

What a fantastic romantic vacation we had here. Everything was top notch! Our hosts were helpful and hospitable. Directions were easy to follow and the location could not be better. The beach here is the best! So, close. The house was immaculately clean and completely comfortable. We loved the master suite, especially between the comfy sheets !! ;-) Our stay here was great, and we will recommend it to our friends.... We will be back!

Great Family Home

We recently stayed at this home and had lots of room for my entire family plus a couple of friends. A total of 6 adults.
Access to the beach was great, just across the street!
We had a wonderful time being so close to the beach and also having the pool at the house. We have a pool at our home so we know how great it is to have one right there.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers

Hemingway House was very nice

Our stay there was very nice. The house was very clean and nice. It was a very pleasant stay there. The owners were always there if we had a problem and they always called us back immediately. Very nice owners. The pool was nice and enjoyable. I felt this house was very kept up and clean. We enjoyed the house and we relaxed mostly around the house and went to the beach which was very close. Just a little hop across the street. We enjoyed the restaurants Montego Bay was our favoriate place and we enjoyed Schooners also. The beach was very beautiful no oil. I would recommend this place to anyone especially families. Great place.

Great Week

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week 2009. We had 4 adults and 3 children. It worked out great. Everything was as described, and the house is not too far from grocery stores and a Wal-Mart. At first I was a little concerned that the street in front might be too busy to easily cross on the short walk to the beach, but crossing it proved to be no problem. Owner was easy to contact and our deposit was returned without problem. Sunsets on the beach were wonderful. We had a great stay.

A Fabulous Place for a Mini-Family Reunion!

We spent eight days at the very comfortable, very large and roomy, Hemingway House. There were seven of us, including a 3-yr old, from Arizona reuniting with three more family members from the Tampa area. The Tampa group was only with us for four days but the time was perfect. My husband's family live in Panama City so we got in very special visits with both sides of the family.
The kitchen was kept busy and it was very easy to prepare everything from yummy breakfasts, to fresh caught shrimp in a shrimp boil.
The location was perfect for going to the beach...crossing Thomas Drive was easy in this off season, for getting to grocery stores and WalMart, etc. The beds were comfortable and the washer-dryer so convenient.
Lots of room in this well-appointed home. Just wish the backyard pool had been heated for relaxing after a chilly day.
We dealt with Karim and couldn't have been more pleased with how easy he made the whole process. From the initial contact, he was available to answer questions and provide any information needed. The deposit was refunded very quickly. We definitely would recommend this home to anyone and would certainly not hesitate staying there again.
