Third bedroom converts our breezy Library with writing desk, into Queen daybed with ample closet space. Condo is brand new so all appliances and amenities are in perfect condition and lavishly turnkey furnished. Be the first to sleep in our beds with top of the line mattresses. We actually get thank you letters from our happy discerning renters who appreciate the extraordinary decorating touches, original art by world famous artists and the cleanliness and attention to each and every detail.

We enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo. for the month of February,2009. Everything in their ad. is true. We felt very relaxed and safe with all the comforts of home. We would recommend this unit and complex. It is a quiet resort with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We frequented the restaurant next door- it was excellent! You need a car due to the fact that Cape Haze is a little out of the way.We enjoyed numerous golf games at different courses in Rotonda and Port Charlotte. Gasperilla Island is a treasure not to be missed.The shelling at nearby beaches was wonderful. We wished that bikes were more readily available. This whole area has a lot to offer...you just have to check the tourist information and enjoy.
Owner's Response: We're delighted to have received a 5/5 rating. Bikes are a great idea and have been added, as has snorkeling and fishing gear, golf clubs and lots of beach accessories. We treat our seasonal renters like extended family. Cape Haze is a Florida "gem", unlike so many other areas with their traffic jams, overcrowded restaurants and wall to wall people on beaches, visitors here can have it all with short walking and driving distances to area amenities.

We are thrilled to write about our enjoyable stay in this immaculate villa. The location is ideal, and the accomodations are excellent. Beautifully decorated, the villa includes granite countertops, tiled floors, and a taste of class in every way. The additional perks, which include the pool and the workout facility, added so much to our time in sunny Florida. We would highly recommend this villa to all!!
