Notes

• Rates range from $85 per night up to $125 night depending on the season.
• A deposit of $200 is required to reserve your dates.
  
  A security deposit of $250 is required. You may leave your credit card number on the rental agreement or provide cash or a check for the security deposit. It will be returned at the end of your stay as long as there has been no damage.
  
  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  
  We accept Cash/Checks/Credit Cards through PayPal.
• Cancellation Policy
  In the event that you need to cancel your booking we will make every effort to rent your dates to someone else. If we are successful we are happy to provide a full refund to you. If, however we are unable to rent your dates then the following applies:
  You may cancel your booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that you exercises your right to cancel the following cancellation policy penalty rates of the Total Bill (amount shown on booking confirmation) apply:
  -Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee;
  - Between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of total;
  - Between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 75% of total;
  - Between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, no refund.
