Description of the St. Augustine Beach vacation house rental
Charming two story, contemporary beach house, tucked away on a quiet street, just a short walk east to the Atlantic ocean beach or west to the Intercoastal waterway.
The ground floor features a large family / entertainment room with a deck and street access, a large master bedroom with a king size bed and double French doors which open onto a private deck and fenced back yard , a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.
The second floor, with an open floor plan,features a living room, contemporary kitchen with stone counters / island, dining area, laundry room and two bedrooms, both of which have bathrooms. There is a very large front deck as well as a screened porch off of the living room overlooking the back yard.
There are 2 driveways for parking. There is a front yard as well as a beautiful fenced back yard. Local telephone service is provided, along with high speed, wireless internet and cable T.V.
The entire house was completely remodeled in 2007.
