Description of the Santa Cruz vacation house rental
Contemporary, new home, six houses from the best beach in Santa Cruz. Master bedroom has Cal. king bed, down quilt and ocean view. Guest bedroom has extra long twin beds and down quilts. Both bedrooms have full baths and there is a queen sofa sleeper with half bath downstairs. Our house is fully equipped with linens, televisions, cable, dvd, vcr, cable and wireless high speed Internet.

Blacks Beach is located at the private end of Twin Lakes Beach which is at the Santa Cruz Harbor. The Crow's Nest Restaurant, Harbor and all boating activities are within walking distance. There are several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Simpkins Swim Center is less than a mile away and Seascape Golf resort, Capitola Villiage, Downtown Santa Cruz, Mystery Spot and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk are only a 5-10 minute drive.

Simpkins Swim Center is located one mile away. There is recreation swimming, lap swimming, water polo and water exercise. Pasatiempo and Seascape golf courses are a 10 minute drive. Boat rentals are available at the Harbor and Bike Rentals are available within walking distance. Great, interesting restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance and Village Market has a farmer's market open all day Sundays with fresh vegetables, fish and baked goods.
