If you are looking for a quiet place to stay within walking distance of Newport's busy "downtown" area, this is the place to stay. Nestled in the quieter residential section of Newport with quick access to Pell bridge and Jamestown, R.I. is where this rental is located. Owner is on-site, but friendly yet not intrusive. Within walking distance to restaruants and shops. Comfortable linens and towels, with washer/dryer provided and lovely, spacious back deck suitable for 2-4 guests. Apartment receives plenty of natural light and is airy, yet cozy. It is a climb of about 15-20 steps to reach the apartment, so not good for those who are so challenged. Would stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
