Photos and Description of the Agen area vacation rental 3 gites, each with 2 bedrooms and shower room. All gites sleep 4/5. Shared pool.

La Grange is situated on the edge of a small medieval village which has the remains of an 11th century abbey and a beautiful 13th century Church. Within 100 metres are a small supermarket, bar/restaurant, post office, museum and tennis court - yet the views from the large, secluded garden are to the countryside beyond. The cottage at the top of the garden has its own patio with garden furniture and BBQ. The lodges (part of the restored barn) are semi-detached and look out on to a large covered patio providing welcome shade from the summer sun and includes table tennis table and built-in barbecue. The 10m x 5m pool is for the use of all guests. Within easy distance of Agen, Moissac, Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Cahors there is plenty to see and do: historic sites, water parks, canoeing ,cycling, walking, golf as well as many good restaurants - including a 2 star Michelin. All the charm of a rural location with all village amenities nearby.

Garden Lodge is part of a restored stone barn at the bottom of the large enclosed garden, which has fig, cherry, apple, apricot and greengage trees. The lodge is semi-detached and looks out onto a large covered patio where there are garden tables, chairs, reclining beds, BBQ, and table-tennis table. There are lovely views from the patio to the hills beyond. Accommodation: Garden Lodge has a large kitchen/dining and lounge area with bed settee on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring gas hob with electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster. On the next floor there is a double bedroom plus shower room and WC. On the second floor there is a sleeping gallery with twin beds.

La Grange is a restored stone barn with two gites and a cottage, set in a large enclosed garden with pool and lovely views to the hills beyond. All three units have dishwashers, microwaves and satellite TV. Situated on the edge of a small medieval village ( 11th century ) within 100 metres of a small supermarket, bar/restaurant, post office, museum and tennis court, the property has the convenience of a village location with all the seclusion of a rural retreat. Sophisticated city shopping, historic towns and villages, caves, theme parks and boating lakes, horse-riding, canoeing, golf - not to mention the colourful local markets - are all within easy reach.
