This home has been totally gutted. Bamboo floors throughout, new walls, ceilings, doors and kitchen. Inside and outside furniture are all new. A large living room, dining and deck in front of the home with bedrooms at the back allow for privacy and entertaining, A new wall mounted HD flat screen TV is a great addition for rainy days and evenings in. There's also wireless Internet access. Dine al fresco and barbecue on the large deck. Walk 1/10th of a mile to the bay beach for swimming and sunsets or drive to several of the magnificent ocean beaches. Bike or jog to the end of the rd. for home baked goods, the morning paper and cappuccino at Sam's, or take in a play at the new actor's theatre next to Sam's.. For more excitement, drive 10-15 minutes to P-Town for great shopping, dining, whale watching, movies & shows. Only a few miles to the magnificent ocean beaches and less to the village, this is a great family home nestled in a quiet setting & prime location

Wellfleet is on the outer Cape where 70 % or more is devoted to national seashore, keeping it beautiful and still underdeveloped. This has always been a town for artists, families and sophisticated visitors from around the world. There are many wonderful restaurants, magnificent bay and ocean beaches, flea markets, shopping, art galleries and a new actor's theater at the end of the road from the house. A jog or bike ride will also get you to Sam's for baked goods, cappuccino, the morning paper and take-out. For more adventure. take the 15-20 minute drive to P-Town for whale watching, movies, great shopping, restaurants and a variety of shows.
