Traveling through Italy, my niece and I were looking for a place that was luxurious, had country comfort and charm, but was still close to the
City. Le Civette met these expectations and more. Marco, the owner, was pleasant and went out of his way to help us with travel arrangements and plans for our time near Florence. The resort was smaller and peaceful, and a nice place
to come "home" after a busy day of touring. We also enjoyed the olive
oil produced from the trees on the property and were especially fond on our
morning lattes made in the guest kitchen each morning. We look forward to
coming back when we return to Italy.
