  • Rates start at $159/night. Weekly rates begin at $1100/wk. Monthly rates avail.
  • Rates are subject to availability, season, holidays, and special events. $300 deposit due to hold unit at time of reservation and full balance of reservation plus $100 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation/Refund policy: Full refund less $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is made greater than 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made within 30 day arrival time will result in the loss of the entire rental fee, unless re-rented, less a $200 service charge. $300 deposit plus cleaning fee will be refunded when unit is returned undamaged. Note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Thank you so much Melissa! We loved our stay! Hillcrest is such a wonderful area of San Diego! The condo was situated perfectly in the area. We loved all the choices of activities and attractions within walking distance from the condo! We truely loved coming back at the end of a day from exploring San Diego and having the pool and spa within a few steps from the condo!! What a joy!! Thank you again Melissa!!

Hi Melissa and Steve, thanks for hosting our stay in San Diego in June. We had a lovely time. LOVED THE CONDO! It's decorated so tastefully yet very comfortably. Everything is so well coordinated. The kitchen is gorgeous, even though we weren't at home long enough to use much of it. We were on the Go, Go, Go!! Your location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. Easy access in and out of the area and lots to do without having to drive. Save that gas!! There's so much to do there. We spent a day at Balboa Park but could have done several more, which we plan to do when we come back. Thanks again for everything and keep up the good work.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo immensely! Your Hillcrest location is just the perfect place to be..close to everything and is such an upscale neighborhood. We felt very safe walking around even late at night. And your condo was just lovely. Spacious and elegant; and we appreciated how you furnished it with every item a guest could want. REALLY loved the balcony and your chairs out there. (and the whirlpool!) Thanks for having us. Sure hope we can get back soon! Thank you!!
