- Upstairs: The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower all built with granite/stone counter top, walk in closet and rock fireplace in the corner and 32' HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with 24' HDTV and a beautiful mountain view. The second bathroom is across the hall constructed with granite and stone. Downstairs; Bedroom three has two twin beds and a 32' HDTV. Bedroom four has two bunk beds with trundles for a total of 6 twin beds comfortable sleeping adults or kids with a 32' HDTV. Bathroom three is a full tub shower with granite and stone.

High quality hiking and mountain biking trails are located all around the home in the national forest. Hike and bike in the National Forest/Trout Creek basin in front of the house to the shores of Lake Tahoe.
Local Entertainment & Dining: Lake Tahoe Casinos with Vegas caliber nightlife, music events, comedy shows, night clubs, dancing and gourmet restaurants at Stateline are 4.5 miles from the home. Excellent meals to go are available daily at Raley’s supermarket at Lake Tahoe Blvd/50 and Pioneer Trail. Nearby nightlife clubs and bars minutes away in Tahoe are: VEX Nightclub, Aspen Lounge, Beacon Bar & Grill, California Bar, Blu NightClub, Fresh Ketch, Hard Rock Café, M.S. Kirkwood is 25 minutes away and has 2000 ft of vertical, 12 chairlifts, boarding parks and 65 trails. Sierra at Tahoe is 30 minutes away and has 2212 ft of vertical, 13 chairs, boarding park and 46 trails. Other resorts within an hour are: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Mount Rose, Diamond Peak, and Homewood.
