Guestbook comments from the owner
Our family just spent the loveliest week at your home. When I first made my reservation earlier this year, I mentioned that we had been vacationing in Lake Tahoe for the last 5 years; my children, their spouses and grandchildren. We have stayed at a different home each year, never quite finding the best location or the best home for various reasons. I had hoped your home would be the one that we could continue to visit yearly. We definitely found it!!!
I knew from your pictures that it was a lovely home and that is why we selected it but it was far nicer than we expected. The neighborhood clearly is far above others; it left us with the impression that many of the neighbors lived there full time. No frat or bachelor parties in this neighborhood. Your front yard is meticulously maintained and set the tone for the rest of your home. It was also very convenient to all the attractions in the South Lake area.
I felt as if I was staying in a four star hotel; everything seemed new, clean and well maintained. I know we were not the first visitors but it sure felt like it. Your bedding, towels, beds and overall decorating were lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was a dream to prepare meals. You have left no stone unturned. The backyard was a haven for our four little ones after a day at the beach. Even the neighbors homes were well kept. It was a true pleasure to look out the windows in any direction and take in the beautiful scenery, particularly on the front deck. We will all miss that view for a long time.
There were 4 little ones and five adults and we had more than enough room. We never felt as if we on top of each other. The little ones truly enjoyed their bunk beds. Next year we will have a new addition to our family and we noticed you have a Pack and Play and a high chair in the garage. Made us feel we have our home already for next summer.
All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and your home made it extra special.
