Description of the Dionis vacation house rental
A new, custom designed home on Nantucket, 3 miles from town, ¼ mile walk to beach, or drive ½ mile to beach. The home is surrounded by 100’s of acres of conservation land. This 5 bed/bath “upside down” home was designed to take advantage of the great sunset views from the upper deck. A “Great Room” has the kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable living area. There are two master suites, one with a private sitting room that leads to a private porch and deck. There is a media room with Internet connection and printer/fax. Quiet location. A detached garage has the beach chairs and umbrellas, all of which can be used by the renter.

The property is accessed via a private road and is in an area that is low, rolling conservation meadow on three sides with wildlife habitat. Distant water views of Nantucket Sound a short walk away. Conservation land to the west will soon have nature walks. Bike trails to town and beach were put in years ago. Sunsets are wonderful and the reason the house was designed the way it was. There are few homes in the area, all are on 2-acre parcels that cannot be sub-divided.
