Situated just north of Naples and only 15 minitues to the Southwest International airport, or offers easy access to I-75 if you want to explore other areas like, Marco Island, Miami or Orlando. Just outside the gates the you'll find concerts and sporting events at nearby Germian Sports center or the famous Miramor Outlets and a new 100 shop outdoor mall with 16 screen movie theater and 7 new restaurants just down the street.

This ultra luxury gated community and new condo has it all. A private pool at the condo on the beaches of lake Como, or a full service Beach Club with Grill with its own 10,000 sq ft infinity pool just a short walk away. The health club is only a 10 minute walk away and has state of the art cebex training equipment with private TV monitors along with a full service spa and concierge services and exercise classes and tennis courts. In November another new Beach Club next door will be completed and will house a 40 person movie theater, billiards room, a indoor/outdoor fine dining and another pool.
