  • Bathroom 1 is the larger and is adjacent to the hallway and closest to the living room and kitchen. It has a large tub/shower and a long counter with a 3-dimensional mirror with a lot of cabinet space under the counter. Bathroom 2 has recently been remodeled with modern Italian tile on the shower, floor, and walls which gives it a very classy look. Also, there an opaque glass block wall that allows plenty of sunlight.

  • The unit is more comfortable with a maximum of 6 people. The bedrooms sleep 6 in the beds. Previous clients have told us that the master bedroom has a California King size bed that is the most comfortable bed ever. The master bedroom has a wood beam ceiling, a large dresser, 2 closets, a vanity, and a TV & DVD for romantic viewing for the couple that wants privacy. Bedroom 2 is the closest to the living room and has two twin beds that are painted art deco design from the 1930-40's. Also, there is a dresser and a large closet. Bedroom 3 is the day room because it gets a lot of sunlight. It has a trundle bed that has a second bed under it that can be pulled out. There is a vanity with a dresser, a large closet, and an adjoining bathroom that is very convenient.

Ocean Front Mission Beach property: Ocean Breeze Oasis (what we call our property rental) is located at 2941 Ocean Front Walk, San Diego, CA 92109 between Devon and Dover Courts. Ours is a downstairs unit that has been modernized and sits higher than most others because its foundation is four feet above the ground. This provides a fantastic view of the beach, because the living room and dining area are above the sea walls and our front windows are huge. There is a large patio that is shared with the upstairs and the view from it is also spectacular. Inside the condo, the high wood beams in the ceiling are much larger than any you see today, because they are cost prohibitive now. The brick fireplace is very large and gives off exceptional heat when needed. If you are looking for a cozy, rustic, stylish getaway - you found it! Ocean Breeze Oasis! We spent a week here March 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We brought our two daughters, under the age of two, and had fun walking out the front door and being on the beach and hearing the waves crash. Beautiful sunsets and a 1/4 mile walk to fun restaurants, coffee shops and Belmont Park (roller coaster, kids rides, etc) made it very nice. Also a 10 minute drive to Sea World, and the Zoo is a bit further - very convenient location - you could just as easy leave the rental car in the attached garage and not hear car noise your whole time here. The electricity went out on the whole block for a few hours one night (turns out the electric company screwed up doing some repair work) - and we easily found flashlights and candles in the condo - one example that the place has everything you need. Cook out on the grill, grab a beer and relax.

We stayed at the Ocean Breeze Oasis in March 2009 (2 adults, 3 kids). It was a the perfect accommodation and location for us. After a morning/afternoon of activities (legoland, SeaWorld, Animal Park, etc), the kids loved playing at Belmont in the evenings before sitting down to a dinner that was grilled outside and we could enjoy while watching the sunset over the ocean. The house was well stocked with all the essentials to prep and cook meals and keep things tidy. The owners provided excellent communication and are very responsive. I would definitely return in the future. Thank you for a great spring break 2009!

Just returned from a great weekend on Mission beach. The location of this property simplay can not be beat. Walking out the front door to the beach and being within 5 minutes of all the restaurants, stores, and rides was absolutely ideal. You will not find a better place to stay on all of Mission beach. Thanks!!

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at Ocean Breeze Oasis and have enjoyed it immensly. We just love being so close to the ocean........it doesn't get any better than this. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to rent in an upscale part of town. I guarantee you will be thoroughly pleased!

This is the second time I stayed at your condo, and I have to say it was perfect each time. Just the fact that all you need to bring is your clothing says alot. The place is beautifully appointed and comes with everthing you could imagine needing. You seem to have anticipated all our needs!! Of course, the location is perfect and even the beds are sooo comfortable. Couldn't think of a better place to pick for a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Thanks
