Quiet and Quaint Town, Updated and Clean House
Review Submitted: July 28, 2009

Port Royal is a very convenient location to Beaufort and Hunting Island State Park, where we focused our vacation. The town itself is quiet, with a few shops and restaurants. It is its own place with, a beach, boat launch, and fishing pier. It actually felt like it was from another time, with quaint neighborhoods, void of McMansions.
The house was clean and tastefully decorated and a good fit for our family with 4 children. Sally had a welcome sign and delighted us with homemade cookies. In addition, she was very accomodating, even adding Wi-Fi per our request (which we used daily to confirm plans). In the end, she promptly returned our security deposit after our stay.
