Beautiful pool home located on a canal with fast gulf access. The home has 3 bedrooms 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles and a queen size pull out sofa. We have an extra large heated pool and screened in Lanai area with a gas grill. You are just steps away from our dock and boat lift (10,000 lbs.) and just minutes from the gulf of Mexico, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and world class fishing. Boat rentals are located within 1 mile of the house. The house has central air and the master bedroom has a roman tub and a walk in closet, a full dining room, fire placed living room, a den and a 2 car garage complete the package. We have shopping, restaurants and a full service marina all within 1 mile and we are located in the most desirable section of Cape Coral where we have access to the best the Cape has too offer without having the crowds and traffic. Long term rentals accepted please call for pricing.

We are located just slightly west of Fort Myers and on a canal that leads to the gulf of Mexico in an upscale community that is close to marinas, shopping, boating, Red Sox and Minnesota spring training, Edison and Ford museum, Fort myers beach, Sanibel Island, and everything else you may want to do in South Florida. Our neighborhood is small and free from traffic; this makes for good walking and biking as well as being safe for children. You can walk or bike to shopping, restaurants, and the marina.

Fishing: South Florida and specifically the waters just off of Cape Coral offer the best tarpon fishing anywhere and you can get to it by boat in less than 1 hour.There is also surf casting and fishing right from our dock.

Boating and swimming: There are many private beaches located on public islands that are only a short boat ride away. You will find yourself on a deserted island either alone or with a handful of other boaters. Fort Myers beach and Lovers Key are just a short car ride if you like. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are also just minutes away and the shelling is the best you will ever find.

The house is clean and the location is excellent. We had a great time swimming. We went fishing in the backwaters and I had my best day fishing ever. We rented a boat for a couple of weeks and did'nt get a chance too see everything but we did get to anchor a loves key for the day and we have a huge bottle of shells to add to our collection. My family and I will be back.
