House, 4 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 15)

This beautiful new private beach home on the south side of 30-A in Seagrove Beach is only 1 block to the beach. Sit on the wide porches or enjoy the ocean views from the 3rd floor observation room and you will be totally relaxed.

The observation room is complete with a mini kitchen to make your drinks and snacks or even have dinner with your guests while viewing the afternoon sunset. This large home is beautifully decorated with spacious rooms and lots of light. This is perfect for two families who wish to share a vacation together.

There are 2 master suites with king size beds, one guest bedroom with a queen bed and one bunk room (4 beds), and an extra bunk area (2 beds) for the children. The third floor tower room also has a twin bed. The kitchen, living area, and dining area are all open for the perfect family gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped for those times when cooking together is fun.

The best part of the home is the large private HEATED pool with a grill and lots of chairs for sunning and the screened in porch with a large table for dining.

The home is located in Seagrove Beach East just off 30A and is very quiet. It is next to the new Summers Edge subdivision on Eastern Lake Road. The area is safe for biking and has 26 miles of paved bike paths to explore famous Seaside and the communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seacrest Beach.

The perfect beach house!

The house is even better than the pictures show! It is a fun, comfy environment that me, my mom, and sisters can all enjoy with our kids! The beach is a quick walk across the street. We love the salt water pool in the backyard. All the bedrooms are spacious and the beds so comfortable. One of the best things is that is is set away from the busy 30-A and it's traffic, but a close 2 miles to get to Seaside and all its restaurants. We are definitely coming back!

So Close to everything

Between the amazing decor, the salt water pool and porches the house is the perfect "beach house". I love that it isn't fussy and makes you feel at home from day one. And if you love Seaside, your are so close. You can walk to the beach and hear the water. This is just a great house!

Molly's Mission was the best house for my group! We ladies, ages 19-52, travel each year to different locations, and in July 2008, we chose Seagrove Beach. We loved Molly's Mission so much that we're considering staying there again next summer. The size of the house was perfect for 13 ladies to sleep, play, eat, and relax. While some of us sat on the porch playing games and having cocktails, others were able to take naps, swim, watch TV, etc. It is located just a hop, skip, & a jump from the beach, just a quick drive to shopping and restaurants, and not too far from Sandestin where several of us went parasailing. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful family vacation spot

We had an amazing time when we stayed at Molly's Mission in August of 2009. Two families (4 adults and 6 kids) shared the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the screened in porch, which looks over the private swimming pool. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Everything was clean. The only minor disappointment is that the gulf view is a sliver from the crow's nest, and the walk to the beach, while not far, was every bit of the 100 yards the owner describes. But neither of these things detracted from the wonderful time that we had. The beaches are truly beautiful in Seagrove and I would highly recommend Molly's Mission.
