This beautiful Park City condo is located at 2000 Prospector Avenue in the New Claim Condominiums, just minutes from the slopes and historic Main Street. Take advantage of free Park City public transportation with easy access to a shuttle stop right outside the building. Across the street you'll find the 25 mile 'Rail Trail' for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. Within one block, you'll find restaurants and the state liquor store.

Park City Utah is famous for three world-class ski and summer resorts: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. Nearby hip clubs and restaurants and historic Main Street create the perfect destination, with exciting nightlife. The annual Sun Dance Film Festival also takes place here. Home to the Utah Olympic Park, the town hosted several events during the 2002 Games. Park City also offers excellent warm-weather activities such as hiking, alpine slides, hot air ballooning, fly fishing, golfing, mountain biking, sailing and much more.
