Ideally located on the New Hampshire seacoast, only 20 minutes from historic Portsmouth, 45 minutes from Boston, and close to the Kittery Outlet Malls as well as many fine restaurants, antique shops, golf courses, and marinas. Located across the street from Hampton's north beach, just minutes to shopping, dining, and concerts at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. Enjoy the sand and waves just a few steps away!

Stay at the Best on the Beach

Had the best experience in a long time renting. Very clean, comfortable well run place. The owner was very pleasant and helped us out of a jam when our vacation plans were suddenly changed. We could not have had a better time. Quite, very peaceful, breathtaking views. Management was friendly and helpful. Best place to stay and very affordable. Highly recommend. Close to all attractions and best seafood. You really cant go wrong.

What a wonderful spot. Quiet, clean, Ocean at your door step. Kelly and her staff were fabulous! My dauther and I had a great vacation at this spot and hope to go back again soon!

Gets you just far enough away from the noise and hectic Boardwalk....

The view says it all!

We wanted to stay near the water on Hampton Beach and opted for the OC Studio Suites - an excellent choice. With a baby it was great to have a sink and a microwave in the room and be across the street from the beach. The spacious suite overlooks the ocean. Lying in bed, you don't see the street and think you are right on the beach. It was a wonderful stay and the time went too quick.

The place is very clean, private and quiet. Cleaning service is provided when requested. The only suggestion I have is to have a notice with emergency phone numbers and office hours in the lobby as it was not occupied around the clock. If you don't need assistance all the time you are left alone - which I like - and have a beautiful view day and night.
