Living areas: The living area features an impressive 50” flat screen high definition TV for complete enjoyment of entertainment and sporting events. This is a designer delight home renovated in 2006 thru 2007 with high-ceilings, a killer gourmet, well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. A beautiful wall of windows looks over the pool and spa and mountain ranges. This 2,600 square foot, two-level condo is professionally furnished, with a mood tone that makes you feel at home in this tropical prestigious environment. Two spacious upper and lower patios and large windows blend an indoor outdoor environment both in the living areas as well as the master bedrooms. Each living space captures the beautiful landscaped grounds with a semi private pool, and spa and abundant orange, grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine trees.

Sleeping areas: Both master suites feature private baths and easy access to the pool and spa so you may change to your swimming suit in the privacy of your own room and then be in the pool in only a few steps. Both master suites also have 25” TV’s with DVD. A king bed is in one master and a queen bed in the other. A queen fold out bed is upstairs close to the third bath.

Area attractions: Within 20 minutes are many notable and prestigious golf courses. Indian Wells Tennis Stadium which hosts the Pacific Life Open and headliner concerts is also close by. Shopping on the famed El Paseo Drive plus the local premium outlet stores will keep you busy as well. Then you can relax in one of the many and varied restaurants in the area or barbecue on your own deck overlooking the pool, gardens, and mountains. If you're a tennis player, you have full use of the tennis courts directly across the drive! Skier note, in the winter you are only a little over an hour drive to Big Bear, southern California's premier ski destination facility.

Pleasantly Surprised in Bermuda Dunes

We recently stayed at the Bermuda Dunes property and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the front door. The condo was simply, yet beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with anything you might need for your stay. The heated pool and whirlpool were just steps from the backdoor and we enjoyed sitting on the covered deck to enjoy our morning coffee.
We have stayed in the Palm Springs area before, and this is as far from the downtown area that we have stayed, but it didn't prove to be a problem, there was plenty to do near this location.
We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

I stayed here with 5 friends while we attended the Coachella festival and we had an excellent time. The house is huge and very comfortable and though 2 people had to sleep on a sofa bed, there was plenty of room for everyone. It was the perfect place to relax after a day listening to concerts in the sun. The owner was also very sweet and always responsive to our needs. This was far more enjoyable than staying in a hotel.

Everything You Could Want and More!

We have used VRBO before, but this condo in Bermuda Dunes is the best! The location is perfect. We are golfers and we were within an average of 20 minutes to every course we wanted to play. The condo is very nicely decorated and it had everything you could possibly want. The pool and hot tub are right off the bedrooms and the covered deck had a grill and plenty of room to sit and relax with your morning coffee. Stores and attractions are close by, as well as major roads, which made it easy to get around. We are definitly going to stay here again next year!

Nice Condo in Bermuda Dunes

This condo has been beautifully renovated. It is located in a secured condominium complex convenient to freeways and many attractions. There are two large bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room so this condo sleeps six people. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
