Best Street on the Beach!: This unit is located at 145 Brightwater Drive, Clearwater Bach, FL 33767. Up until about 2004, this street housed a bunch of little Mom-n-Pop Hotels. Then developers came in and bought most of the little hotels/motels and apartment buildings. In their place, they built several beautiful townhouse buildings and a condominium complex. As a result, this street has a more upscale clientele, including many high-end residents. You will notice a difference when you turn onto this street. There is still a very laid-back vacation atmosphere here, but without the crazy partiers you may find elsewhere on the beach. You are still within walking distance to the craziness of the beach, if that is what you crave, but you also have a nice quiet place to retreat as well. This building is one of the nicest and the newest on the street, completed in June 2006. Every guest that comes, comments that it is so much nicer than the pictures and explanation can describe. You will not be disappointed!

Hi I'm Diane VanWingerden. I grew up in the Tampa Bay Area, then moved to Michigan after college and marrying my high shcool sweetheart, Bruce. After 12 years in dreary Michigan, we were able to move back to the Tampa Bay Area that we love and missed for so many years. We have been back here since 2000 and don't plan to ever leave! We have 2 teenage children that keep me on my toes. I am blessed to be a stay at home Mom. I obtained my real estate license in 2008 so I can understand all the ins and outs of Real Estate and Rental Properties and am very knowledgeable about vacation rentals in Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas.

I love to entertain and have been told I have the gift of hospitality! I enjoyed decorating this place to be a comfotable and inviting vacation home, and I love to continue to add extra special touches to make my guests feel welcome and pampered.

We bought this townhome in the Summer of 2006 as an investment. We have always loved Clearwater Beach, started coming here when we were in high school. Since it is only about an hour drive from our home in Tampa, it is the ideal location for a weekend getaway and rental property.

In the early 2000's Clearwater Beach started changing into more of an upscale area, and we really wanted to be a part of that! In the past several years, we have seen an amazing transformation take place in Clearwater Beach, with the addition of many upscale hotels and the 'Beach Walk' and we look forward to the continuing growth here. We are excited to be property owners here, and enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise with so many visitors!

Unlike all the condos around the beach, you have your own entrance and exit here, with private garage for 2 cars. The private elevator is a plus when loading suitcases, groceries, or people who have trouble with stairs, etc. The private rooftop hot tub is a rarity, and a great way relax in style!

A WONDERFUL EXPIERENCE

We had the best time at this place. The owner went to great lengths to make our stay there great. I was with my wife (2) children, mother in-law and grandma. The elevator was a nice touch to get around the house. It is a block from the beach and places to eat but you should have a car so you can go to the local Publix supermarket.. That u cannot work too.lol

This is a great place for the family..

The best part of the trip is that the owner was very accessable and meets you there when you arrive as well as leave.

STAR SPANGLED VISIT

This tastefully decorated, four-story condo was a great way to celebrate Independence Day. The rooftop terrace provided an awesome array of fireworks from Clearwater and surrounding towns. We didn't know which way to turn as we enjoyed the fireworks.

WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo and found it to be even better than advertised. The pictures don't do it justice. It's very well maintained--everything works as it should. The unit is also very clean. The owner is terrific to work with.
Location: a very short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, you can be right in the middle of everything or choose to chill at the condo pool. The pool is also clean and also well maintained. Lightweight beach chairs are provided to take to the beach so you don't have to pay to rent a chair there, unless you choose to. We also made use of the bicycles. The condo has everything you could need for kitchen and appliances as well as full size washer and dryer.
The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very nice quality.
Best of all, basic supplies aren't skimped on. There were ample supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, dish, hand and laundry soap as well as garbage bags, coffee filters, tin foil, even salt, pepper, spices and condiments. This may not seem remarkable until you have rented a condo and immediately had to run to the store for these basic supplies. We could tell that past guests had left some supplies and canned goods, so we payed it forward, leaving items for future guests. We seldom stay in the same place twice, but are already looking forward to going back! Highly recommend!!

We were vacationing in Clearwater Beach to attend the Phillies Spring Training. House was perfect! Great location. A couple blocks to a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants. House was very clean!!! Well equipped kitchen. Supplied bath and beach towels. Beautiful house on the waterway! Definitely recommend! Sleeps 6. Great customer service provided by owner.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN CLEARWATER!

We absolutely loved this place. My young sons (7 &10) absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. It is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We visited family who live in Florida as well as had them visit us. The elevator was essential because we had my 90 year old grandmother and wheelchair bound cousin visiting us.
The home was very clean, there is a washer and dryer, the kitchen is well-equipped and grocery shopping is close by.
The owner seems very nice and was very accommodating and quick to respond to text, emails and phone calls. Exactly what you would want from a rental.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

HAVING READ PRIOR REVIEWS I WILL CONCENTRATE MOSTLY ON THE TOWNHOME ITSELF. WOW!!! WE HAVE TRAVELED WORLDWIDE, RENTED TOWNHOMES, VILLAS, ETC. NEVER HAVE WE EXPERIENCED THE LUXURY AND CLEANLINESS WE EXPERIENCED HERE. BEDS WERE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WITH QUALITY BEDDING. LIVING AREA FURNITURE WAS UP TO DATE, AND TASTEFULLY DONE. THE KITCHEN AREA WAS WELL DESIGNED AND HAD ALL THAT WE NEEDED TO PREPARE MEALS. THE BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, AND SHOWERS WERE PRISTINE. OH, AND SO MUCH SPACE TO SPREAD OUT IN, MUCH LARGER THAN WE HAD ANTICIPATED. I COULD GO ON AND ON!! BRIEFLY, THE BEACHES WERE WHERE WE SPENT A LOT OF TIME, AND EACH NIGHT WE STROLLED OVER TO THE BOARDWALK, THEN PLAYED IN THE WAVES, THEN STOPPED FOR ICECREAM, OR A SANDWICH AT ONE OF THE CASUAL DINING PLACES. There are so many great restaurants, bars, and shops all in walking distance! There is a party at Pier 60 every night with street performers and local craft vendors - so much fun to be had! The sunsets at Clearwater Beach are to die for! There are so many local attractions and excursions to keep you busy - Dolphin watching tours, Pirate Cruise, Deep-Sea Fishing, Jet-ski Rentals, and so much more. Plus Busch Gardens, Disney, Universal studios, Florida Aquarium (home to Winter the Dolphin), and other Theme Parks are just about an hour away!
