Built in Summer '06, everything is top-of-the-line. With 2,300 sq. ft. of exquisite living space, there are 10 ft. ceilings throughout, ceramic tile floors, granite counters, stainless appliances. Stocked full of everything you need for a relaxing vacation, just bring your swim suit and plan to relax, we even provide the beach towels!
The private elevator that takes you from the 2-car garage up to the 4th floor terrace, and anywhere in between, you will be pampered in this tropical paradise.
Located just 3 blocks (an easy walk) from the beach and many local attractions, restaurants and shops, you can be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach, but on a quiet canal, you can still relax and unwind in the quiet serenity.
