This two bedroom ski-in ski-out condo contains full kitchen amenities. Both bedrooms and the family room have beautiful mountain views. Free internet, 40 HD channels with 46' HTDV, free long distance phone calls, and underground parking are included. The private bedroom has a king bed. The bedroom suite contains a queen size bed, private bathroom, a sofa sleeper, and desk. You have full access to Club Solitude with swimming pools, billiards, fitness center, and business center. Solitude Mountain Resort is located 45 minutes from Salt Lake City international airport in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains. You will find some of the finest and most consistent skiing here in the world - the Greatest Snow on Earth.

Solitude contains an enchanting European village. In the winter, you can ski in and out of our unit. There is ice skating in the village rink. You have full access to Club Solitude facilities with a hot tub, sauna, swimming pools, billiards, Foos ball, fitness center. There is also a business center with computers and printers. In the summer there is lots of hiking, Frisbee golf, and the lift taking you up the hill for a hike or mountain bike ride. We are so close to the city this is a great hideaway when on a business trip - and our fiber optic high speed internet and free long distance phone with a Salt Lake City phone number keeps you in touch.

We stayed at the unit back in February and have stayed in several other units at the Powderhorn over the years. This unit is well stocked, has fine cookware, nice linens and is in great shape. The owners were also great to deal with, very accommodating and welcoming. When we come back to Solitude we plan to rent this unit again.

Amazing vacation!

The views are absolutely amazing! We have two teenagers and have enjoyed this condo abundantly. Canyon deliveries had our groceries stocked upon our arrival which was fabulous. The condo as well as everything about solitude is extremely clean. It snowed so we had fresh powder everyday and enjoyed the easy access to the slopes. I was concerned that powder horn would be a long walk to slopes but it is perfect distance. I was concerned that we would share laundry facilities but this condo is the closest one on fifth floor to the laundry. There was never a wait for washer or dryers and it was free! The yurt experience was so much fun. We snowmobiled in snowbird and then capped the night off with dinner at st benards. Great vacation! Thanks for our welcome gift upon our arrival we enjoyed every piece!!!!!!! Another thing we appreciated was the security and safety of solitude and powderhorn! There was also a filming of a Disney channel movie here this week with Burt Reynolds . So cool!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing family ski vacation. Plenty of space to spread out, a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook in and easy access to the pool and hot tub. Everything listed on the description is accurate and if you need help with anything Dawn and Ken are a phone call away. The property is maintained very well and on our recent visit we noticed upgrades from our visit the year before. Access to the mountain is easily within a short walk and Brighton Ski resort is just a short 5-10 minute drive . I would recommend this unit to families or couples looking to share a condo. Pull out sofas are very comfortable if you need extra sleeping options. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great place for the family!

We loved staying in this condo! All of the necessary information was given to us in advance, making an evening arrival no problem at all. The condo is simply furnished, comfortable and clean. The building was quiet, well-maintained, etc. Skiing at Solitude couldn't be easier - rentals (if you need them) are right outside the door, short walk to the slopes, and a super chill atmosphere on the mountain. Our only complaint was that there wasn't much snow - but nothing could be done about that!

Can't say enough good things about Ken and Dawn (the owners), and all the great recommendations they made to us. This was our first trip to Utah, but it won't be our last. Before our trip we had lots of questions, Ken and Dawn gave us great advice and recommendations about transportation to and from SLC airport, grocery services, and places to eat. The condo was great for our family - two parents and three teenagers. We loved the ski in - ski out, the spa at Solitude, the great view. We had a terrific vacation, and look forward to a return trip!
