The Powder House is located in the Cimarron at Steamboat development which is a recently completed luxury property, a mere five minute walk from the gondola and base area of the ski mountain. Cimarron consists of twenty-three privately owned units each reflecting the personal tastes of their owners. The construction design of the town house is log post and beam style which perfectly reflects its Rocky Mountain locale. Radiant heating is used through out the house and the addition of air conditioning will be a welcome option during the warm summer days. The Powder House is a five bedroom town house with over 3000 square feet of living area and five and a half bathrooms. There are two master suites with king beds and two bedrooms that have queen beds. The fifth bedroom is designed for singles and children with a bunk bed and a trundle. Every bedroom has an HD flat screen television. Each of the bedrooms has a private access bathroom, all with showers and two with tubs.

Our family vacation town house is located in the Cimarron at Steamboat development which is a recently completed luxury property, a mere five minute walk from the gondola and base area of the ski mountain. Cimarron consists of twenty-three privately owned units each reflecting the personal tastes of their owners. The construction design of the town house is log post and beam style which perfectly reflects its Rocky Mountain locale. Radiant heating is used throughout the house and the addition of air conditioning will be a welcome option during the warm summer days. The Powder House is a five bedroom town house with over 3000 square feet of living area and five and a half bathrooms. There are two master suites with king beds and two bedrooms that have queen beds. The fifth bedroom is designed for singles and children with a bunk bed and a trundle. Every bedroom has an HD flat screen television.

Each of the bedrooms has a private access bathroom, all with showers and two with tubs. For the convenience and safety of our guests, The Powder House has a heated walkway, heated driveway and two car garage. The Cimarron complex has a recreation center located in the center of the property with a heated pool/hot tub and locker rooms with fitness center for the use by all owners and guests. The Powder House is the perfect choice for a large family or several couples who would enjoy sharing their mountain experience.

What a fabulous time we had at your place. It was more beautiful than expected and the surroundings were gorgeous. The golf was fabulous, the shopping was great and the alpine slide was a blast. It was nice to be able to come back after a day of activities and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. It was also enjoyable to be able to cook whenever we felt like it and everything was right there at our finger tips.

I have both owned a luxury property in the Mts and have rented before and your townhouse was the best! The pictures do not do it justice. You gals did a beautiful job of decorating, selecting furniture, and outfitting the kitchen and baths! We loved the location. Better than any ski-in/ski-out as the shuttle service made it easy for everyone to come and go as they pleased.
We like to stay in and cook and your kitchen had everything I needed. The young adults could shuttle into town for drinks and shopping with ease. Loved it! Thanks for doing such a great job!

Hi Althea,

I just wanted to write a quick follow-up e-mail to let you know, again, how
much we enjoyed our stay at the Powderhouse. Even though the skiing
wasn’t an option for us, we enjoyed spending quality time with our families.
My sister and I did most of the cooking, and absolutely LOVED using all of the new appliances, dishes, table décor, utensils, etc.. All of the furnishings, bed linens and electronics were awesome as well. We were very impressed with everything from Crate and Barrel, Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn (we love those stores). Anyway, it was a wonderful experience for all of us, and we
would recommend it to any of our friends in the future! Thanks to both you and Melissa for your attentiveness and hard work getting the place ready.
