Heaven on the the sand

We stayed at the Surfrider Condo F for little under a week. The B Sisters were very helpful in making our reservation, taking the payment and ensuring that we could get into the rental without issue.
The information on the listing is very accurate. The condo is right on the beach, we had a great view of the sunset over the ocean. We visited at the end of September so Mission Beach was still warm but not very crowded. You can walk to the shops and Belmont Park. We did not go to any San Diego attractions, instead we hung around the beach. The unit has a second story patio as well as access to the hot tub and patio right on the beach. We were there for the red tide, which was cool to watch at night. And we could see dolphins from the balcony.
The condo is in great shape, everything is new. It has a full kitchen, with lots of pans and appliances. There was also a shared grill which we used, tools were included. The condo was very cost effective, we estimate that our group of four saved about $150 a day by using the kitchen instead of eating out three meals a day. Being on the second floor, it was more private but might impact people who have trouble climbing stairs. Recycling is available. The condo comes with one parking space but we found a second one close by. There is a TV with theater sound for night time entertainment. It comes with a DVR so you can record your soaps while you are on the beach. There is a sofa bed but we did not use it, the instruction book tells you how to get the linens. Finally, we liked the no smoking, no pets policy for the condo.
We enjoyed our visit here. The worst part was leaving.
