Make Our Home - Your Home Away From Home

Please Read Our Travelers Reviews. We Take great Pride in Them!

Our single-level (no steps) home is clean, bright and sunny. The furnishings are very comfortable and up to date. It is large enough for entertaining and yet quite cozy just for two. The fully equiped kitchen includes a spacious alcove and computer desk(Wifi included) and is open to the great room and dining area. The Master Bedroom can be configured with one King Size or two extra long twin beds while the guest bedroom has two twins. Our secluded patio faces southwest and absorbs the winter sun and is complete with a BBQ grill and dining table and chairs. It's a great place to enjoy a sunset or some oranges or grapefruits that you can pick off our trees. Every amenity including flat screen TV's has been provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible whether for a week or a year.

We are situated close enough to walk to the Community Center, the Rio Verde Country Club and the convenience store. The Community Center boasts a newly renovated heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, a computer lounge, library and billiards all available at no cost. We can make arrangements for our rental guests to obtain a free temporary memberships at the Rio Verde Country Club or the Tonto Verde Golf Club both of which allow the purchase of discounted golf packages on their outstanding and distinctly different golf courses.

Outdoor activities such as fishing, road and mountain biking, horse back riding and hiking are available in addition to the many excellent golf courses in the area. The Fort McDowell Casino is just a short drive from Rio and during the winter season there are car shows, art fairs, ranch style cookouts and much more to enjoy.

In addition to the Tonto Verde and Rio Verde golf course, golfers will find the Vista Verde course is just 5 minutes away. While the highly acclaimed courses at We-Ko -Pa, Troon North, SunRidge Canyon, etc. are nearby as well.

Rentals are available by the week, month, season or the year, with rates set up accordingly. Discounted Golf Packages at Rio and Tonto Verde are Available on Request .

We spent 4 months (Nov./12 to Feb. 26/13) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Premises are bright, comfortable and well equipped. Nice west facing Patio area with Orange and Grapefruit right outside the front door. Any problems or questions we had were answered promptly by the owner. No hesitation in recommending to any and all Snowbirds.

This is a very comfortable town home in a beautiful desert setting. It is fully furnished with everything you will need from coffee in the am to grilling on the patio at night. Very roomy 2 bedroom which is very comfortable for 4 people. Mitch, the owner is very accommodating. We really enjoyed our visit in Rio Verde, the weather was beautiful and everything we needed was provided in this home.

This condo is VERY clean, private, quiet and very comfortable! The owner is exceptionally helpful in every way - from directions to replacing a hair dryer within hours! The area is beautiful and the Tonto Verde courses are outstanding. We had a wonderful relaxing week!

Great place for a getaway

This townhome is more than the pictures indicate. It only has one adjoining unit which makes it quiet and comfy. We went for a golf weekend and had a wonderful time. Home was large and roomy and very comfortable, light and bright and we picked grapefruits off the trees for breakfast- so yummy. Garage was a 2 car so it stored all our equipment easily. The owner was wonderful making sure directions were clear, access was easy and that we were comfortable. The unit was nicely decorated with firm beds and great furniture- not cast offs you see some places. Wonderful place with a very conscientious owner.
