You absolutely can not beat the location! The quiet end of Main Street, downtown Breckenridge! Right across the street from the New Gondola. Next door to the 'Steak and Ribs' restaurant, directly across the street from the 'Blue River Bistro' and 'Daylight Doughnuts Restaurants. Far, Far better than ski in/ski out. You are not only 40 odd yards from the new Gondola and you are downtown Breckenridge! You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to restaurants, pubs, clubs, etc.! This is the closest complex to the Gondola! Hardwood floors, new stainless/black appliances, all new bathroom fixtures, 40 inch LCD Television, Wood Fireplace, New queen-size sofa sleeper with 6' mattress, queen-size bed in the bedroom with pillow top mattress, dinning room
