Villagoona max occupancy is 8 people and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, office, living room and the leisure room with table football and pool table. Guests will enjoy 1 Master and 1 Junior suite and 2 additional bedrooms. Both suites have private bathrooms and a walk in closet. The third bathroom is also accessible from the pool/patio. The spacious, typical American kitchen offers 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators and separate wine fridge. The luxurious modern decor will make your stay at Villagoona like a vacation in a 5 star hotel. The oversized, covered pool area in a quiet location offers an exceptional designer pool with "infinity edge" and pool mosaics to discover for little adventurers. Our large pool/patio area and boat dock (600 sqm / 6450 square feet) with its partially covered patio (fans at ceiling) and pool area is the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. Being the absolute highlight of the Villa, the heated (by photovoltaics) saltwater pool offers an integrated flat zone for kids with integrated waterfall and fountains and a separate Jacuzzi. Enjoy amazing sunrises outside at the dock area, breakfast on the patio while watching boats passing by at the canal and a BBQ in the evening.
The Villa is equipped with free high speed internet access, alarm system, Bluetooth speaker, 7 large screen TV, 5 Roku Sticks (to enjoy your streaming subscriptions) and a Blue-Ray-Player.
Next to a private pool, the house has a boat dock with electric boat lift (on request). Due to the exposed location on the 90' wide Lido Canal you will have access in a few minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, dreamlike islands like Sanibel are easily accessible.

A boat can be rented for a fee at a local boat rental. Please ask us if you need support to rent a boat. Watch the dolphins play and observe Florida's wildlife at its best!
Visit the white beaches of Sanibel Islands, North Captiva, Cayo Costa and Cabbage Key (some of them can only be reached by boat). Try fresh food offered in the Island Restaurants or do your grocery shopping at the local farmer's market (Wed / Sat).
Cape Coral is geographically the fourth largest City in Florida and therefore there are many areas that are perfect for a pleasant bike rides. 2 Bicycles are available at the house.
Our guests can also explore the canals with our 2 kayaks.
The nearby airport, Southwest Florida International Airport, is 20 Miles away from Villagoona.

Great Time

Had a great time, spent most of the time working but my son and I enjoyed the spa every-night owner was quick to response and steve (property manager) was also quick to help and respond. We will stay again !!

Plenty of space, home is very well kept and clean, awesome patio around pool and hot tub.

The home was just as pictured on the VRBO website: plenty of space and very clean! The screened-in patio around the pool and hot tub is spacious and very well maintained with plenty of seating, and there is a smaller patio outside down by the canal. Two kayaks with life jackets are available as are two bicycles with helmets, and there is a game room. I only wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all the amenities!! Easy to get to Ft. Myers and the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) from this location. And host Ruth was easy to reach and kept in touch throughout our stay. Thanks for the use of your home, Ruth!

Beyond satisfied!!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and we’re so happy we booked it! Steve, the property manager is GREAT and was able to answer any questions we had. He had the spa ready for us every night when we wanted to use it and when we wanted the deck jets on, we just asked him and he was able to tut them on right away. We’ve stayed at numerous rental properties in the past with lavish pictures of the property and get there and the place looked nothing like the pictures and the spa didn’t function properly, but at the Villagoona EVERYTHING looked exactly like the pictures and everything was in working order. We’ll definitely be staying there again in the near future!!!!

Beautiful Cape Coral Home with Spectacular Pool

My 12-year-old daughter said this was the most beautiful home she has ever stayed in. I especially liked the pool area and the deck overlooking the canal. My son and I took the kayaks out and loved that.

The house is family owned. We love this area. We love to stay at our house 6 - 8 weeks a year. We love to have breaktfast, lunch and dinner in the pagio area, hearing the waterfall of the pool and the birds, using the different lounge chairs, reading a book, boats driving along the canal, using the kayaks or take the bikes for a round. Take a break and swim in the amazing pool or use the jacuzzi. Just relax and enjoy the magic of the light. All the other months we share our house with guests.
