Hearts of Palm is a stunning custom Gulf front home with beautifully-appointed furnishings in the private Jubilation community on Cape San Blas. You can relax by the private pool or on one of the 4 covered porches while enjoying sweeping Gulf views, or walk down your own private boardwalk to the beach for a swim. Two Master Suites, a Bunk Room, a Guest Room and a TV room (5th BR) with a queen sleeper sofa make this home perfect for several families vacationing together! There’s plenty of room to have fun with a large open dining and living area which also has a wet bar alcove with its own ice maker and beverage cooler. The well-supplied kitchen has stainless steel appliances & even a 'pot filler!' Along with WiFi, there are 6 flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players, 1 VCR, and a stereo system with surround sound and outdoor speakers. There is an outdoor shower, a fish-cleaning sink and a stainless steel 3-burner gas grill. Hearts of Palm is a truly unique and exceptionally beautiful home

Hearts of Palm is located in the private Jubilation community on Cape San Blas, approximately 10 miles (15 minutes) from Port St. Joe's grocery stores, gas stations and banks. The house is about 22 miles from Apalachicola (30 minutes) which has fabulous food, shopping, antiquing and lots more! Hearts of Palm is approximately 5 miles from St. Joseph State Park. There are several restaurants near Hearts of Palm. There are many outdoor activities available nearby, including swimming, shelling, scalloping, fishing, deep sea fishing, boating, bird watching, kayaking, and horseback riding. (Activities may involve fees and equipment rental and are not included in the price of renting Hearts of Palm. Activities are subject to change.
