Relax by the private pool or on one of the 4 covered porches while enjoying sweeping Gulf Front views. Two Master Suites, a Bunk Room, a Guest Room and a Playroom with a Queen sleeper sofa make this home perfect for several families vacationing together! There’s plenty of room to have fun with a large open dining and living area including a wet bar alcove with its own icemaker and wine cooler. The kitchen and bar alcove have custom cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. Hearts of Palm has every possible amenity, including 6 flat screen TVs, 6 DVD players, 2 VCRs, and a stereo system with surround sound and outdoor speakers. All TVs have their own DirecTV satellite receivers. There is an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning sink and a stainless steel 3-burner gas grill. This is a truly unique and exceptionally beautiful home!

Hearts of Palm is located in the private Jubilation community on Cape San Blas, approximately 10 miles (15 minutes) from Port St. Joe's grocery stores, gas stations and banks. The house is about 22 miles from Apalachicola (30 minutes) which has fabulous food, shopping, antiquing and lots more! Hearts of Palm is approximately 5 miles from St. Joseph State Park. There are several restaurants near Hearts of Palm. There are many outdoor activities available nearby, including swimming, shelling, scalloping, fishing, deep sea fishing, boating, bird watching, kayaking, and horseback riding. (Activities may involve fees and equipment rental and are not included in the price of renting Hearts of Palm. Activities are subject to change. The Guest Bathroom is across the hall from the Guest Bedroom and has a walk-in shower with a custom glass enclosure and travertine throughout.

The private covered balcony opens to reveal beautiful views of the Jubilation community. The third floor houses both Master Suites and the Guest Bedroom. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed with matching nightstands and dresser. It opens onto a private balcony with views of Jubilation. Both Master Suites open onto private covered porches with tongue and groove ceilings and a table and chairs perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset.
