Catch your dinner by pole or cast net from the eighty foot seawall; or relax the day away soaking up the sun on the public beach just four blocks away. As for the night life, spend a peaceful evening watching the sun set over the little lagoon or take a stroll down to the Hangout for a night of live music, casual dining, and spirits. Bring the whole family, even Spot the family pet is welcome here! Restaurants, shops, and the Gulf of Mexico are all within walking distance. Yet, you are in a quiet neighborhood where you can come home in the evening to sit back on the porch, to watch the sun go down.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Pets welcome - We do not charge a deposit for pets, however pet owner is responsible for any damages
  • A $150 deposit and a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of booking when using the online credit card. For credit card payments---an invoice will be sent via email containing a link for you to pay. If paying by check (mail), only the $150.00 deposit is required. The deposit must be received within ten days of reservation request to confirm your dates. Your deposit is deducted from total rent price.

    The full rental balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If booking an arrival date that is less than 60 days away, entire rent is due at the time of booking, unless other arrangements are made.
  • Cancellation Or Date Change

    Sixty days minimum notice for any cancellations or date changes. If
    given less than stated minimum days required notice and we are unable
    to get the unit rented for those days, your deposit, rent, taxes, and fees
    will be forfeited. If we are able to find a rentor, we will refund all monies
    less the initial $35 processing fee and a $25 cancellation fee. Any date
    changes of a reservation incur a $25 administrative change fee in
    addition to the non-refundable $35 processing fee.

    Refunds

    No refunds will be given for early departure or not being satisfies with
    the home. If a malfunction or breakdown of appliances, air conditioning,
    or other equipment occurs, we will do everything we can to remedy
    the situation as quickly as possible. However, we cannot provide you
    with a refund for these issues. As for implement weather: unless the
    area is officially evacuated, there are no refunds for bad weather or
    hurricane watches.

My family loved this beach house. The location was great. Close to everything. The house was clean and had all the amenities of home. Just a short walking distance to the beach. Loved fishing from the balcony. We will definitely stay again soon.

Gulf Shores Vacation

My children and I stayed for four days and three nights in this home. The house was easy to find, the street was very private. I loved the deck and every morning enjoyed watching the fish, crabs and birds! The bedrooms were small but comfortable. The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
The only complaints was the cable was very basic- very limited late night TV time.
We plan to visit again soon!!

Really liked the house and location. Had few problems due to power outage before arrival which was no reflection on owner. Property had not been used in what seemed several weeks before our stay and could have used cleaning, garbage removal etc. Owner was very accomodating. Will stay again.

The owners were very helpful in gathering information that accomodated our inquiries. The house was in great shape and has an excellent location. Everything was in walking distance. Being on the canal still gives you the feeling of being on the water. We had a very comfortable stay and plan on visiting next year. We highly recommend staying here!
