Beautifully remodeled oceanfront 1 bedroom villa.

Shipwatch Villas are nestled among the palm trees and mighty oaks of Kiawah Island facing the beautiful beach at the Atlantic Ocean. This is a unique island with an emphasis on maintaining the eco-system of the "Low-Country". With over 30 miles of trails and bicycle paths this is the perfect vacation spot to maintain your active lifestyle with plenty of options to relax. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and beautiful Historic Charleston. High Speed internet available. This second floor 1 bedroom oceanfront villa has been completely renovated and is a relaxing retreat. The main living area is a comfortable open space and offers a large sleeper sofa, chairs, and a dining set with seating for 4, and a large window which lets in the views and ocean breezes. The king size bedroom is beautifully appointed and has a nice chair for reading, a TV/VCR/DVD, and sliding glass doors which leads to a private oceanfront balcony. The bathroom has a spacious tile/glass shower, new cabinetry, porcelain fixtures and new designer faucets. Every item you'll need to make a gourmet meal is available in the fully equipped kitchen with all new black and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom tile work. Enjoy the ocean views while preparing meals for family or friends. There is rich ceramic flooring in the kitchen for easy clean-up. Your meals can be enjoyed on the beachfront balcony or feast at the dining table which is set for you.3 beach chairs and boogie boards are available for guest use. Wireless internet is offered as well as community washers and dryers.Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.Non-refundable $45 damage fee on all stays.Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.
