22 Walden Ave is a 5 bedroom home located at the top of the Falmouth Heights. The property is a short walk to the Heights Beach under 1/4 mile. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs with full beds. There's a large living room with a couch, matching chair, small table/chairs, and cable TV. Off the living room is a 3 season porch. There's a full kitchen with range, microwave, fridge, and breakfast bar with stools for four. The upstairs bath features a tub/shower. Downstairs is a converted walk out basement with a large room featuring a king bed off the main room is two bedrooms each with a twin bed. There's also a full bathroom downstairs. The yard features a large deck with plenty of patio furniture, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The location is great for families. It's close to the Heights beach on a quiet one way street. In addition, it's under 1/2 mile to the Falmouth Inner Harbor and the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Downtown Falmouth is under 1.5 mile

In addition, it under 1/2 mile to the Falmouth Inner Harbor which is home to Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The house is under 1.5 miles to main st Falmouth with plenty of shopping and restaurants. It's a great location for the entire family.
