Walden Ave is a 5 bedroom home located at the top of the Falmouth Heights. The house was renovated last season including: Freshly painted interior, Increased living room space,

New ceiling fans in kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. New vanities, cabinets, and fixtures. The property is a short walk to the Heights Beach under 1/4 mile. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs with full beds. There's a large living room with a couch, matching chair, small table/chairs, and cable TV. Off the living room is a 3 season porch. There's a full kitchen with range, microwave, fridge, and breakfast bar with stools for four. The upstairs bath features a tub/shower. Downstairs is a converted walk out basement with a large room featuring a king bed off the main room is two bedrooms each with a twin bed. There's also a full bathroom downstairs.

The yard features a large deck with plenty of patio furniture, gas grill, and outdoor shower.

The location is great for families. It's close to the Heights beach on a quiet one way street. In addition, it's under 1/2 mile to the Falmouth Inner Harbor and the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Downtown Falmouth is under 1.5 mile

The house is under 1.5 miles to main st Falmouth with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Downstairs is a finished basement but PLEASE note it has it's own entrance and plenty of windows. There's also a full bathroom, utility closet with laundry units, air conditioning, and television. Bedroom # 3 has two twin beds which is always a favorite room with the kids. Bedroom # 4 has a double bed. The main area of the downstairs is an open space with a queen bed and plenty of space.

The house is beautiful and perfect location! Spent the whole week here and split the time with my family at the beginning of the week and a girls weekend at the end and great time was had by all. Newly renovated and nautical theme is perfect for a Cape Cod vacation and owners provided us with everything we needed. Highly recommend.
