'Lazy River' is the name of the cottage. It has always been a wonderful place to relax! Within an easy drive to Saratoga or Lake George, it is located between Corinth and Luzerne off 9N on private woodsy lane directly on the water with dock, private swimming area. There are has many windows open to the water, the woods. A new public boat launch is close by, 3 public beaches, many good restaurants, etc. 'Lazy River' is a great location to explore the Adirondacks, attend the races, SPAC or just be lazy there - with a new kitchen and bath (don't have pictures of these yet), 4 comfortable living areas, 5 airy bedrooms, and lounge chairs on the deck overlooking the river.

Wonderful area, close to Saratoga Tracks, SPAC, Baths, Geysers; to the Sacandauga, dude ranches, mountains to climbs, many scenic rides, shopping areas, plays. Corinth, Luzerne & Hadley are quaint friendly towns with good restaurants, parks, churches, people. Lake George and the Adirondacks are close by, easy to get to and fun to visit.

Notes: There are 4 living areas, each with comfortable seating, 2 with dining tables, 1 with a game or eating table and a large picnic table outside. There is some firewood for the inside stove and small fireplace in case of a quick cold snap. For more consistent use, there are several places nearby on 9N to purchase stove wood. There is plenty of pick-up wood across the road for bonfires and smores. Cell phones are tricky - Verizon works, others may also, some work on the dock or up on 9N or in town. Telephone is for local only which includes Saratoga and Glens Falls. Libraries in Corinth and Luzerne offer computers for public use and internet access.

Golf: There is a very nice local golf course close by with a club house and larger courses are available in Saratoga. A starter golf set, bag and cart is available at the cottage and clubs, pull & riding carts are at the golf courses.
