MODERN SPACIOUS BEACHFRONT TOWN HOUSE

Very nice new condo right on a beautiful empty beach. Central A/C with
internet and beautiful hand crafted furniture. Very large open spaces with
private bedrooms upstairs. Even a roof deck for star gazing.

We went with 3 couples and had a great time just relaxing and enjoying the
beach and the peace and quiet. There is a small store down the road that
had all we needed and we headed into the town of San Juan del Sur a few
times to go to restaurants and buy the local rum (Flor de Cana) and other
necessary supplies.

There is no comparison on price/value. Something like this in Costa Rica or
Mexico would be triple the price. In the US I wouldn't even be able to
consider it.

The pool is a bit small but since the complex was not crowded we always
were alone. The beach is gorgeous with fair waves at the north end. They
had daily cleaning and the road back to San Juan del Sur is dirt but not too
bumpy, about a 30 minute drive.

There is restaurant down the beach which was decent although my brother
had a bit of a stomach attack from the ceviche. He said he enjoyed it on the
way in though.
