Each level of this two-story house features a modern kitchen, laundry room and large decks so the property offers two homes in one or one grand home. Master suite on the main floor features Jacuzzi tub. Both levels are accessible by driveway with plenty of level parking. A 10 minute walk to Lake Susan. Beautifully decorated with fabulous decks, four TVs and a very comfortable ambiance. Located in the Town of Montreat, 5 minutes from downtown Black Mountain and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Sightseeing, a visit to the renowned Biltmore Estate, and antique and craft shopping generally top the agendas of many visitors. Outdoor lovers may want to plan a whitewater rafting adventure, horseback riding excursion, or even a hiking or biking journey through the mountain scenery. Fishing, golf, tennis and canoing are all nearby. Time your Smoky Mountain visit to coincide with one of the many local festivals, including Belle Chere in Asheville in the summer, the summer Sourwood Festival in Black Mountain, the fall Leaf Festival at Camp Rockmont in Black Mountain, and other year-round special events all over the area. Many restaurants and pubs feature great live music amid the wonderful laid-back mountain atmosphere.
