Lovely home just off of Fort Lauderdale Beach....only steps to the ocean. Very quiet beach since this is the last area with single family homes on Ft Lauderdale beach. Near downtown Ft Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, the airport and lots of shopping. This home is large (2600 sq feet) and each of the three bedrooms has it's own bath and walk in closet. French doors open to a relaxing patio area in a nicely landscaped back yard. The kitchen has Kraftmaid cabinets with a full granite back splash and Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom has a luxurious attached bath with a rainfall shower and double vanities with limestone tops. A separate master sitting room opens onto the quiet front porch. It has a wall-mounted 42 in. flat screen TV. A separate family room with comfortable furniture has a home theater system including 46 in. Great house, great style, great place!

We have been there in June 2009 (relatively low season). It was a great experience from all points of view. The apartment is surprisingly large and confortable, very well furnished and equipped (including almost everyhting you can think about to enjoy the kitchen, the patio and the pool). We were a group of five, with two children who were mad about the house and the nearby beach. The place is very quite and safe, located on a secondary road very close to the see and the beach (5 minutes on foot). The description of the property was fair and accurate. The owner Bill was fantastic, and always helpful when we had any problems, and fair with us. The price is not cheap, but it is definitely worth the experience. We would love to visit again.

Perfect place to stay if you're looking for a luxurious house with lots of space, perfectly equipped, wonderfully furnished, tropical backyard, large pool, relaxing hot tub and everything you could wish for. The quiet beach is literally just steps away. Perfect location! Beautiful and safe neighbourhood, everybody was so friendly and helpful. Grocery stores are just minutes away, the big shopping malls in driving distance. Bill is a super nice owner, he did everything to make us feel most comfortable. For us it was the most terrific, relaxing, exciting, eventful vacation ever. We'll defintely come back. Our recommendation: You gotta try this!

Absolutely a wonderful place to be: very close to the ocean, a perfectly and elegant equipped house with large pool and jacuzzi in a very nice backyard. The lessor, Bill, is as well very friendly (he brouhgt refreshments for us, for example) as unimpeachable. The description of the house is absolutely accurate and the security deposit has been returned at once. The rental rate is very fair, you´ll get a lot for your money.I would recommend the property especially to families, but also to all people searching a personal and quite luxury ambiance.

Perfect house for a great vacation. Beautifull design, fully equipped kitchen, enjoy the heated pool and the spa or walk a few steps to the beach. Even better than on the pictures. Close to shopping centers and grocery stores. The owner is pleasing. Do not hesitate to try this house.

This is a great contemporary home in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are all very clean and well equipped. Home is steps away from a quiet family beach (beach and pool towels and even some beach/pool toys for the kids are provided). Private tropical back yard, and the kids loved the heated pool and spa. Short drive to restaurants, night life and shopping, without being in the middle of it all. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. We enjoyed our stay.
