Air Conditioning, free wireless broadband internet, five bicycles, large deck with picnic table and chairs, barbecue propane grill and cable TV. 3 bedrooms (two queens and full), 2 baths, open concept kitchen as well as living room and dinette area, kids TV room. Over all, 1800 square feet. Attractions: Water access for swimming two lots down and Ahern State Beach and Park just a short .75 mile bike ride away. Also a perfect jump point to all the activities and amenities offered by the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Notes: Laundry facilities in cellar. Cloths washer only takes HE detergent. Four bicycles available for fun and accessing Ahern State Beach and Park as well as swimming access just two lots down. Road is strictly residential dead end and we never feared having our children ride their bikes on it. House is for fun, but we to be respectful to our neighbors this is not a late night party location. Owner has asthma and installed two new AC units providing high grade filtration. Non-smoking will be strictly enforced and you and your guests will be asked to leave promptly. House keeping is provided Saturday morning from about 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at a charge of $60 per call. Additional house keeping available on request. Stove, oven and laundry dryer are propane gas. House is only available from June 1st through September 15th each year.

Our favorites include: NH International Speedway in Louden NH - NASCAR races (nhis.com), Meadowbrook Summer Concert Series in Gilford NH (meadowbrook.net), M/S Mount Washington Cruises of Lake Winnipesaukee (cruisenh.com), Hiking locally: Mt. Major, Lockes Hill, West Rattle Snake then onto the White Mountains. A trip to NH is also not complete without a ride up Mt. Washington on the Cog Railway (thecog.com) and drive on the Kancamagus Hwy. You may also rent a patio boat from Jay's Marina (jaysmarina.com) on Lake Winnisquam for a peaceful day on this beautiful quiet lake. Then there are fireworks at Weirs Beach every Friday night at 10:00pm from after the fourth of July through the end of August.
